Aftercare and integration facilitators are key to synthesize and incorporate into one’s life all that has been learned during a psychedelic journey. We have been fortunate to join forces with very knowledgable and talented individuals who have a passion to help you get the most out of the work we do at Inner Realms. Please allow us to introduce you to our aftercare and integration facilitators:

Anne-Marie Armour

We are thrilled to introduce our new integration therapist at Inner Realms Center, Anne-Marie Armour.

As a registered social worker and trauma-informed therapist with 7 years of front line experience in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside, Anne-Marie brings a deep understanding of social justice and a dedication to substance use harm reduction to her practice.

With specialized training in Psilocybin and MDMA-Assisted Therapy, Focusing-Oriented Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and EMDR, Anne-Marie offers a comprehensive approach to healing. Her expertise and passion for helping others makes her an invaluable asset to our team.

Anne-Marie says:

My practice is founded on my belief that we each have an innate capacity to heal and that the answers we seek are already within us, though not always accessible in our current states of consciousness and nervous system. I incorporate somatic techniques from Focusing-Oriented Therapy into my practice to help clients deepen their mind-body connection. With a gentle curiosity and an abiding compassionate presence, I help my clients reconnect with lost parts of themselves so they can live from a more whole and authentic place.

He also serves as the complaints moderator for the Global Ibogaine Therapy Alliance (GITA). Additionally, Anders is a regular speaker and panel member at Psychedelic and Entheogenic conferences and frequently appears on podcasts.

Anders says:

I help people use psychedelics as tools to become more connected and comfortable in who they are, thereby removing the need to self-medicate.The process is therefore not about drugs per se. Rather, it’s about connecting to one’s authentic self and living a meaningful life – whatever that may be for each individual person – and, as a consequence, no longer feeling the compulsion to use drugs. I also provide guidance for people seeking psycho-spiritual growth and therapy.

Anie says:

I believe that WHAT IS KEY in showing up skillfully for ourselves and others (and ultimately cause less harm) is COMPASSIONATE INTEGRATION through AUTHENTIC FACILITATION.

Integration helps us come back to a state of AUTHENTICITY through physical, emotional, and spiritual HEALING.

When we COMPASSIONATELY INTEGRATE our life experiences we increase our capacity to be AUTHENTIC, even during TURBULENT times.

I offer a compassion-centered approach to integration so that ALL of your life experiences become a resource for RESILIENCE.
