Trujillo brings over 15 years of experience in addiction medicine and mental health care to her role at Inner Realms Center. A graduate of ULA University, she is certified by the Monte Fenix Institute of Higher Education in Addiction Counseling and holds additional diplomas in Pharmacological Management for Substance Use and in Speech Therapy.

Throughout her career, Dr. Escorza Trujillo has worked across rehabilitation clinics and residential facilities, offering medical and emotional support to individuals recovering from substance use and psychological challenges. Her approach integrates evidence-based pharmacological care with a deep respect for each patient’s personal journey toward healing and self-understanding.

At Inner Realms Center, she provides medical supervision and compassionate guidance for participants undergoing Ibogaine treatment.
