With over 15 years of professional experience, Riccardo Spinello brings depth, skill, and intuition to his work as a massage therapist at Inner Realms Center. Since beginning his practice in 2010, he has dedicated himself to helping individuals alleviate pain, recover from injury, and reconnect with their bodies through mindful, therapeutic touch.

Riccardo’s foundation in bodywork began in 1994 with Seiho: an ancient healing technique rooted in Chinese and Japanese medicine. 

This early training sparked a lifelong study of diverse therapeutic disciplines, including chiropractic methods, myofascial release, cupping therapy, reflexology, and gua-sha. His approach reflects both a respect for traditional healing wisdom and a mastery of modern therapeutic practices.

From this broad experience, Riccardo developed his own signature method known as Integrative Massage-a full-body treatment that combines acupressure, deep tissue and decontracting techniques, reflexology, passive joint mobility, and targeted chiropractic adjustments. Each session is adapted to the individual, ensuring a personalized and comprehensive experience that promotes true physical and energetic balance.
