About Inner Realms Center
Inner Realms Center exists to offer a calm, clinically supported space where meaningful change can unfold. People arrive carrying long-standing patterns of addiction, trauma, or emotional strain, often after years of effort without lasting relief.
Our work centers on ibogaine treatment, held within a steady, attentive environment designed to prioritize safety, presence, and human-centered care. Transformation is not forced or rushed. It is supported through structure, clinical oversight, and a setting that allows people to pause, stabilize, and reconnect with themselves.
Inner Realms Center is not a retreat and not an escape. It is a place where old cycles can be interrupted and where the first steps toward clarity, balance, and renewed direction can begin.
Our Story
Inner Realms Center began its work in Canada, during a period when ibogaine treatment was legally accessible within a structured framework. Under the name required at the time, the foundations of our approach were formed through direct experience with participants seeking relief from addiction, trauma, and deep emotional challenges.
Those early years shaped our understanding of what truly supports transformation. We saw that ibogaine alone is not enough. Meaningful change occurs when the medicine is held within a calm, attentive environment, guided by clinical oversight and human presence.
When regulatory conditions changed, we continued refining our model of care with the same guiding principles. This path led us to establish Inner Realms Center in Mexico, where ibogaine treatment remains legally accessible within a clinically supported setting.
Our story is one of continuity, learning, and responsibility. Every aspect of the center reflects years of experience and a commitment to offering a space where people can engage deeply with the process, safely and with respect.
Inner Realms Center was shaped through the collaboration of Blair Bromley and Garyth Moxey, whose work in the field of ibogaine treatment spans many years. Through direct involvement with participants and treatment environments, they developed an approach grounded in clinical responsibility, psychological presence, and thoughtful program structure.
Garyth Moxey brings extensive clinical experience as a provider and program director in ibogaine treatment environments, while Blair Bromley has played a central role in operational leadership and participant care across multiple treatment settings.
Their experience continues to guide the evolution of the center and its commitment to providing a stable, carefully held environment for this work.
Our Approach
At Inner Realms Center, healing is approached as a balance between medicine and human care.
Ibogaine provides the catalyst. The environment provides the conditions.
Our approach emphasizes:
- Clinically supported care with continuous oversight
- A calm, contained setting designed to support nervous system regulation
- Individualized pacing based on medical history and personal needs
- Human presence, attentiveness, and steadiness throughout the process
We work at the level of patterns. Addiction, trauma, and emotional overwhelm are approached not as isolated symptoms, but as deeply conditioned cycles that require interruption, stabilization, and reflection.
Inner Realms Center is not focused on quick outcomes. We focus on creating the conditions where clarity can emerge and where individuals can take the first grounded steps toward meaningful change.
Environment & Setting
Healing does not occur in isolation. It unfolds within a carefully structured clinical container and within an environment designed to support nervous system regulation.
Inner Realms Center is located in Cuernavaca, a region known for its stable climate, greenery, and relative quiet. The property itself is intentionally calm, private, and removed from unnecessary stimulation. Every element of the setting is chosen to reduce physiological stress and create a sense of psychological safety.
Beyond the clinical protocols, the environment plays a regulatory role.
Natural light, greenery, and open space contribute to parasympathetic activation and reduced baseline arousal. Many participants arrive in a state of chronic acceleration. The nervous system has often been operating in vigilance, urgency, or depletion for years.
On the grounds, two resident tortoises move slowly through the gardens. Their presence is not symbolic decoration. It is simply part of the environment. Yet many participants notice something unexpected: observing their unhurried rhythm becomes a quiet reminder that healing does not require force.
Progress can be steady.
Integration can unfold gradually.
Safety can be consistent.
This is not incidental. It reflects a core principle of our clinically supported model. Sustainable transformation is built through stability, pacing, and containment.
At Inner Realms Center, the setting itself reinforces the work.
Our Team
Inner Realms Center is supported by a multidisciplinary team committed to safety, presence, and attentive care.
Our team includes clinical professionals, medical consultants, and experienced support staff who work together to ensure each participant is held with care throughout their stay. Roles are clearly defined, and clinical oversight is integrated at key stages of the process.
What unites our team is not ideology or technique, but a shared commitment to:
- Clinical responsibility
- Human-centered care
- Calm, steady presence
- Respect for the depth of the work
Participants are never treated as cases or numbers. Each person’s process is approached with attention, discretion, and respect.
