TREATMENT AND COSTS
At Inner Realms Center, treatment is designed with precision, safety, and individualized attention.
We work with individuals arriving at different moments in their lives, carrying different histories, levels of stability, and readiness for change. Our treatment pathways are structured to meet those differences responsibly, without shortcuts or generalized solutions.
A tailored, clinically supported approach
OUR TREATMENT PATHWAYS
INNER RENEWAL
A focused pathway for emotional recalibration and stabilization.
INNER RECOVERY
A clinically structured pathway for addiction interruption.
INNER REGENERATION
A gradual, microdosing-based approach for nervous system recalibration.
Focused 5-MeO-DMT Pathways:
Inner Stillness
A private, single-day 5-MeO-DMT pathway intended for individuals with prior experience, held under continuous clinical supervision.
Inner Depth
A residential 5-MeO-DMT pathway structured to allow for deeper engagement through time, presence, and clinical containment.
Clinical Determination of Care
The most appropriate pathway is determined through clinical assessment, based on medical history, current stability, and treatment goals.
Our team guides each individual toward the approach that best supports safety, readiness, and long-term outcome.
Who We Hold
We work with individuals carrying significant responsibility, trauma, or long-standing emotional strain.
Veterans and First Responders
Many veterans and first responders arrive after years of sustained alertness, responsibility, and exposure to high-stress environments. Their nervous systems are often shaped by prolonged vigilance rather than rest. Care must be steady, respectful, and precisely held.
Addiction and Dependency Patterns
Addictive behaviors often reflect adaptive survival strategies rather than moral failure. Over time, these patterns can become rigid and self-reinforcing. Treatment focuses on interrupting long-held cycles while supporting physiological and emotional regulation.
Trauma and Complex Emotional Patterns
Complex trauma may not come from a single event but from repeated experiences over time. These patterns can influence perception, emotional response, and self-organization. A contained environment allows space for clarity without overwhelm.
Grief, Shock, and Acute Life Events
Sudden loss, accidents, or major disruptions can leave the nervous system suspended in shock. Even when life continues outwardly, the body may remain frozen or disoriented. Care emphasizes grounding, stability, and gradual reorientation.
High-Functioning Burnout
Some individuals continue to perform at a high level while internally depleted. Burnout often goes unnoticed until emotional or physical limits are reached. Support is oriented toward restoring balance without stripping away identity or competence.
Chronic Stress and Nervous System Dysregulation
Long-term stress can recalibrate the nervous system toward constant readiness. This state may affect sleep, mood, cognition, and emotional resilience. Treatment prioritizes regulation and coherence rather than stimulation.
Life Transitions and Identity Disruption
Major transitions can unsettle a person’s sense of direction or self-definition. When familiar roles fall away, uncertainty may arise. A supported pause allows reflection, reorganization, and reconnection to internal reference points.

Readiness and Scope of Care
Inner Realms Center is designed for individuals who are prepared to engage in a serious, structured healing process. It may not be appropriate for those seeking a retreat-style experience or immediate relief without preparation, screening, and clinical guidance.
