Regardless of the pathway selected, all programs at Inner Realms Center are delivered within a clinically supported framework designed to prioritize safety, structure, and individualized care.
Clinical Care & Oversight
- Comprehensive medical pre-screening prior to acceptance
- Medical review and clinical orientation upon arrival
- Individualized treatment planning based on medical history and clinical needs
- Ongoing clinical oversight integrated at key stages of the process
Monitoring & Safety
- Regular in-person monitoring, including routine blood pressure and vital sign checks
- Structured check-ins to support physical stability, emotional orientation, and comfort
- Established safety protocols followed consistently throughout the stay
Treatment Environment & Capacity
- Private accommodation for each participant
- A calm, contained environment designed to support focus and safety
- A deliberately small group setting, with no more than four participants at any one time, allowing for attentive, individualized care
Comfort & Daily Care
- All meals freshly prepared onsite using high-quality, organic ingredients
- Laundry service available as needed
- Thoughtfully maintained living spaces prepared to a high standard of cleanliness and comfort











Integration & Continuity
- Preparation and orientation support provided throughout the stay
- Space for reflection, stabilization, and grounding following treatment
- Personalized post-treatment recommendations, including referrals to independent integration providers when appropriate
- Optional follow-up contact after departure to support grounding and continuity (Inner Realms Center does not provide in-house integration services. Ongoing integration support, when desired, is arranged independently by the participant.)
Logistics & Arrival
- Coordinated airport pickup and return
- Local transportation arranged as part of the program
- Optional, gentle outings depending on clinical appropriateness
